ATM TELEPHONE T.3030 & T.3031

MINE TELEPHONES AND SIGNALLING APPARATUS
A.T.M. MAGNETO MINE TELEPHONES

Of robust and compact design, embodying all the latest and most approved features, and conforming to Coal Mines Regulations.

Broad machine-faced flanges on the cast-iron case and cover, render the telephone flame-proof, whilst the cover is secured by triangular-headed bolts, only removable with the special key illustrated.

The cover is bodily detachable without disturbing fixed electrical connections.
A terminal compartment, protected by an inner flame-proof cover, accommodates the terminals, and provides for the entry of external wiring. There is accommodation for armoured cable glands if required.

A five-magnet generator is fitted, and the telephone is adapted for bridging work. The generator mounting is adjustable for accurate alignment with the driving handle, which is counterbalanced.

The loud-speaking receivers are metal cased, and the connecting cords protected by braided steel armouring, securely anchored to glands at either end.

The polarized magneto bell is housed in a separate compartment, and can be removed without disturbing fixed connections.

All components are readily accessible for inspection, adjustment, or removal, and the electrical insulation throughout is of a high order.

A box spanner, to fit the triangular headed fixing bolts, is supplied with each telephone.

Can be fitted with armoured cable glands if required.
