Battery Ringing Wall Telephone For Long Distance Working
This Telephone is especially suitable for railway work

FRAMEWORK, polished teak.

TRANSMITTER. RC 122, on fixed bracket, RC 502.

RECEIVERS. Two watch receivers RD 340 (Old No. 550), with two cords RS 4010 (Old No. 2094), one suspended on a hook-switch, the other on a hook.

RINGER. 40 ohms resistance.

RELAY AND PRESS-BUTTON.

The line terminals are enclosed.

The relay is fitted on the circuit and when currents received over a long distance line are sufficient to operate the armature of this relay, which closes the bell circuit, thus ensuring a good ring on all lengths of line up to the maximum.
