Mining telephone that is flameproof and waterproof - 1915 model shown above.

Cast iron case with 1 inch flanges which weighs 80 pounds (36.3Kg).
Made by Peel-Conner.
Fitted with solid back transmitter, induction coil, ringer, four magnet generator (300 ohm), bell receiver on flexible swinging arm (operates switch hooks), induction coil and 2 dry cells.
