Exchange lines come 4 ports per card.
Extensions are 8 ports per card.
CIL interface.

Config is normally any multiple of the above to a maximum of 64 ports, but it is possible to configure a London 64 to 64 extensions and 8 outside lines! It was possible to configure the L64 to have 72 ports if you had a particular version of the CPU card and relevant version of software. The other ports were normally used for tie-lines and not included in the '64'.
