HOW TO UPDATE THE TELEPHONE FILE
  1. Decide which spreadsheet you wish to download.
  2. Click on the AUTO UNZIP icon for the spreadsheet your wish to download.
  3. Download to a temporary directory on your computer.
  4. Once downloaded, drop the internet connection and use MY COMPUTER or Windows Explorer and go to the temporary directory.
  5. Double click or run the downloaded file.
  6. It will automatically try to install the spreadsheet in a Directory called BROWSER/DB.  This is the default.  If you installed the Telephone File into a directory with a different name then route to that directory.
  7. Click on open and the spreadsheet will be installed.  When prompted that the file already exists - do you wish to overwrite - answer yes.
  8. Mission complete.
