BELL No. 79A


Unicoil bell in general use from late 1970's onwards.

This bell was first seen in the bell unit associated with all the Compact telephone variants.  See Telephone No. 776 for more details.

The bell can also be found fitted with a volume control lever. See Telephone No. 746 volume control and Bell Unit No. 776.

Bell No. 79A - no connecting wire.
Bell No. 79A-1 - 6 inch connecting wire with spade tags - 1000 ohm version (1/DCO/1028).
Bell No. 79A-2 - 2 inch connecting wire with spade tags - 1000 ohm version (1/DCO/1028).
Bell No. 79B - no connecting wire.
Bell No. 79B-1 - 6 inch connecting wire with push on connectors (used on Bell No. 80B).
Bell No. 79D - 4000 ohm version.
Bell No. 79D-1 - 6 inch connecting wire with spade tags.
Bell No. 79D-2 - 2 inch connecting wire with spade tags.
Bell No. 79E - no connecting wire.
Bell No. 79E-1 - 6 inch connecting wire with push on connectors (used on Bell No. 80B).
