BELL, TREMBLER, 3 TERMINAL, CIRCULAR 100ohms
This is a DC trembler bell mounted on a circular wooden base with 3 terminals.

The bell going is 2.5" in diameter.

It has a resistance of 100ohms.

These were generally used by extension telephones to attract the attention of another telephone user.
