BELLSET PA No. 29


A wooden Bellset used on Police circuits when connecting a remote extension to a switchboard.

Similar in appearance to most of the GPO Bellsets but with an extended terminal strip and a Coil, Retardation No. 54A.

The Terminal strip marked "G" allows the bell ringer resistance to be either 1000ohms or 250ohms.

Used in conjunction with a Telephone No. 1/196LB which has the handset, the Telephone No. 164 replaced with a Telephone No. 184 complete with 4 way cord.
