Most British Ericsson telephones and switchboards have a diagram pasted inside, on the casing. The diagram will most probably have a number prefixed with an N. This is just a diagram number and does not relate to the model number of the apparatus. Please use the Telephones - N Series link on the left and then search for your diagram number. If the diagram number is known then you will be able to cross reference to find the model number and visa versa. Telephones with a number label holder below the dial will be Swedish models. Telephones with Ericsson / RJEN on the base were made by L. M. Ericsson, in Rijen (Holland), for the Dutch PTT. They may also have a moulded symbol under the handset on the case: a star with PTT. Telephones with a small silver oblong plate fitted to the base will be KTV models and are included in this section with the prefix BC.
