This instrument is in two separate parts, the pedestal and the bell set.

The pedestal is constructed of metal, black enamelled, fitted with a transmitter on adjustable knuckle, switch, and receiver on a removable hook.

The bell case is matt polished hardwood, and contains the bell, condenser, induction coil and connecting terminals.
