PRIVATE AUTOMATIC TELEPHONE EXCHANGES

P.A.X.

PX3300 SERIES

CAPACITY 50 LINES

The PX3300 series has been designed to give maximum flexibility. The units are of the extensible type, which can be initially equipped for any required number and can later be extended, as desired, simply by the addition of further equipment or units. For example, a 100-line exchange is formed by installing two units operating in conjunction with each other. For extensions above 100 lines, group selector equipment is provided in addition to the line units.

The apparatus is mounted on a steel frame which is enclosed in a floor-pattern cabinet of polished hardwood. The glass-panelled front is hinged and provided with a lock. A lift-out panel at the rear gives access to wiring.

Each telephone is connected to the unit by means of a twin conductor, suitable instruments being the ST1500, ST1600, ST2500, ST2600, ST3500 and ST3600 ranges.   Alternatively, use can be made of the loud-speaking telephone MT3101 and MT 3102.
