BACKUP BATTERYThis is coloured orange and on 110/120 systems is located on the lower left hand side of the front circuit board. The battery is a 3 volt lithium cell. It is packaged in plastic and located by 4 pins. Only two of the pins make an electrical connection. - Back to top - PCSAT & PCSATDIG PROBLEMSThis is the programming software for the analogue range of Hicom switches. PCSAT is used with Hicom 110 & 120 whilst PCSATDIG is used with Hicom 125 & 130. They must be installed on a PC. Data is downloaded from the telephone system and then reloaded after modification. The data can also be saved to disc. Password = sysupdate Common Problems This is normally due to the speed being incorrectly set. The software is set to 9600 on default. If the system has been changed to a lower baud rate then this will either have to match and PC or visa versa. If the site has no call logger printer attached then the system baud rate should be made 9600. A baud rate of 9600 can be programmed from the lowest numbered extension (handset left on hook) by dialling:
