This is a single line unit. It comprises of a jack, a socket
and a length of 15m or 30m of cable. The cable can be either Cable,
Equipment 2402 (2 pair) or 2053 (3 pair). These were used by customers
as an easy way to connect an extension socket. Introduced circa 1985.
