Standard telephone of the 1980's produced by Siemens of Germany.  The Masterset 111 is the table model and the Masterset 112 is wall mounted.

Tone or pulse dialling (S30054).

Colours are red, green, light grey and beige.

Understanding the numbers on the base.
These telephones have no serial numbers but, with reference to the picture below, the other numbers can be integrated as follows:-

• CTVN is the date and manufacturing plant.  In this case "manufactured in Bocholt in November 1987".
• The "A" number is the circuit diagram.
• The "S" number is the manufacturing document listing all components of this phone.
• P4166B is the identification number of the person having completed the telephone's final test before shipping.
