Application
Used for forcing fresh air into manholes etc. to displace foul air or gas which may accumulate.

General description
The appliance is a handle-operated fan mounted on a light tubular tripod with a 20ft. length of 2in. diameter hose coupled to the air outlet.  The air inlet is covered by a grille to protect the operator.
