CABLE RECOVERY EQUIPMENT
Application
Used for the recovery of lead covered cable without distortion or damage.
General description
The equipment consists of a stand and two quadrants. Each quadrant incorporates
six specially shaped rubber rollers.
One quadrant is mounted on the stand at a manhole entrance and the other is used
in the manhole to cater for the change of direction of the cable from the duct
mouth.
When set up for use it is necessary to arrange the route of the
cable from the duct mouth to the pulling effort to lie in one plane.
