For use where a considerable amount of heavy work is to be performed
involving the continuous use of pneumatic tools.
General description
The machine consists of a 32-h.p. petrol engine driving a
twin cylinder compressor. The compressor delivers 110 cu. ft./min. of air at 100
lb./sq. in. pressure. The unit is mounted on a four-wheel trailer fitted with
over-run brakes.
The tools provided for use with this machine are two road breakers, two rock
drills, two clay spades, two pneumatic rammers, associated breaker drills, drill
rods and air hoses. The pneumatic tools are not accommodated on the trailer but
are carried separately.
