SAWS, CHAIN, P.E.D. (DANARM TORNADO)

Application
For rapid cross cutting of timber or (used horizontally) for cutting standing poles.

General description
The saw is powered by a 2-stroke 4 h.p. petrol engine. When operating, the cutting chain is continuously lubricated by oil contained in the tubular supporting framework. A clutch is incorporated between the saw chain and the engine.

The pistol grip assembly with carburettor and fuel tank can be turned through a complete circle so that cuts can be made from any angle. Effective cutting length of blade 20in. approx.

Remarks
The saw is worked by one man only.

A hand pump is provided to clear blockages of saw-dust from the feed holes. A substantial box is supplied to accommodate the saw, tools and accessories.
