Post, Ambulance No. 1
This street post was used by the City of London Police & Ambulance service. The post can be found in the 1928 GPO Rate Book and the picture is dated 1929.

Post, Ambulance No. 2
This street post was used by the City of London Police & Ambulance service.  These posts used a Telephone No. 224.

This post looks like a predecessor to the Post PA 350.

The Switchboard can be operated by two people and is split into two halves, with two operator handsets and two fields of sockets.

Maybe it covered two districts and could, if necessary, be used by two people at the same time?

Drawings are dated 1933/1934.
