Laryngaphone

Candlestick style telephone with a transmitter that presses onto the throat.

CB and Auto.

Used in noisy conditions.

Laryngaphones where used in noisy environments.  Many wall mounted models were used in Zeppelins and the like.

Early table telephones were connected to the internal wiring with a Strip, Flexible Cord Connection.  Click here for more information.
