This tester is usually found associated with the
Tester AT 4522, which is used on large PABX's and some small exchanges.
The tester is used for testing dials to ensure they are sending pulses and working at the correct speed. Tester No. 43 - 50 volts. This tester is calibrated with a Tester No. 86. The picture below shows a Tester No. 43 attached to a Panel Test AT 5001.
