SPANNER, CRANKED


No. 1

For nuts 9/32" across flats.  Single-ended and similar in shape, consisting of a flat ring type spanner with cranked handle. Overall length 3.5".  Used with Spanner Cranked No. 1 for the magnet gland and securing bolts fitted on A.E. Co.'s, G.E.C. Co.'s, S.T. & C. Co.'s and Ericsson' 2-motion selectors and P.O. type uniselectors.

No. 2

For nuts 3/8" across flats.  Single-ended and similar in shape, consisting of a flat ring type spanner with cranked handle. Overall length 3.5".  Used with Spanner Cranked No. 1 for the magnet gland and securing bolts fitted on A.E. Co.'s, G.E.C. Co.'s, ST. & C. Co.'s and Ericsson' 2-motion selectors and P.O. type uniselectors.

No. 3

Double-ended spanner, 3.25" long, for nuts 1/4" and 3/8" across flats. For general use on 2000-type selectors; also Ericsson' and A.E. Co.'s uniselectors.

No. 4

Double-ended spanner, 3.25" long. for nuts 19/32" and 3/8" across flats, the larger end being of the ring type.  For use on A.E. Co.'s, S.T. & C, Co.'s, Ericssons' and Siemens' uniselectors, and Siemens' No.50 two-motion selectors.

No. 5

Double-ended spanner.  The arms are approximately 2" long and form an angle of 120 deg.  The ends of the spanner which are offset at 60 degrees from the arms are of the ring type and are for nuts 1/4" across flats fitted on Siemens' 2-motion selectors.

No. 6

Double-ended spanner, 2.9" long, for nuts 1/4" across flats, which are fitted to Siemens' No. 50 uniselectors, Siemens' 2-motion selectors and Machines, impulsing, No .1.

No. 7

Double-ended spanner, 3.5" long, for nuts 33/64" and 1/4" across flats. Used on A.E. Co.'s uniselectors and Machines, Impulsing, No. 1.

No. 196A

Small double-ended cranked spanner with legs 1.25" and 1" long.  For adjusting back stop of W.E.Co's Relay No. 196 at repeater stations.
