TELEPHONE SPECIAL RANGE No. 8002


Known as the Contempra, this model is similar to the TSR No. 1002 except is has a high impedance ringer and light grey line cord with PST plug.

The above telephone is wired as follows:-

On the main circuit Board
T1 - Red wire of handset cord.
T2 - Green wire of handset cord and grey/brown wire of switchook.
T3 - Blue wire of handset cord.
T5 - Nothing connected.
T9 - Nothing connected.
T10 - Yellow wire of handset cord.
T19 - Nothing connected.
T19A - Grey/white wire of switchook.

On the small terminal strip.
Y - Nothing connected.
X - Blue of line cord, grey/yellow wire of switchook and wire to bell.
G - Green of line cord.
L2 - Red of line cord and black of handset cord.
L1 - Grey/green wire of switchook, White wire of line cord and wire to bell.

Regulator (If fitted - blue cylindrical object)
Connect to T3 and T10.

The bell is 4000 ohms resistance.

C = RECALL, CALLING DEVICE
D = RECALL, NO CALLING DEVICE
