Single cover manhole frame used on small joint boxes, generally in the pavement. Introduced in 1904. Originally the channel is made from cast iron, whilst the cover is a cast iron frame with an insert of concrete. Consists of :-1 x Channels, Joint Box No. 1. 1 x Covers, Joint Box No.1. Size - 1' 8" x 1' 2". Diagram - CN1121.
