Double cover manhole frame used on manholes which involve junctions.

Consists of:-
1 x Channels, Joint Box No. 1.
1 x Crosspiece.
2 x Covers, Joint Box No.5.

Size - 4' 8.5" x 2' 4.5".

Uses two Cover, Joint Box No. 5 - but see below for Covers, Joint Box No. 6 which may have the wrong numbers on them!
