carriageway entrance. Two covers are required. Called the "Silent
Knight".

for use on carriageway joint boxes. Heavy duty
design for use where traffic loading conditions are
severe. Cover made
of Spheroidal Graphitic Iron and marked HD. Two covers are
required.

These can be marked "Telecom" from 1986 and "BT" from 1988 (have straight dashed
marks on cover).
