DIVERT

Extension 1 can only divert to Extension 2.
Extension 2 can only divert to Extension 1.
Extension 3 can only divert to Extension 1.
Extension 4 can only divert to Extension 2.
Extension 5 can only divert to Extension 6.
Extension 6 can only divert to Extension 5.

TO INVOKE DIVERT

  1. Lift the handset, press and release the MODE key.
  2. Press and release the extension key opposite line 1.
  3. Replace the handset.

TO CANCEL DIVERT

  1. Lift the handset, press and release the MODE key.
  2. Press and release the extension key opposite line 2.
  3. Replace the handset.

TO INVOKE PROGRAMMED RINGING

  1. Lift the handset.

  2. Press and release the MODE key.

  3. Press and release the required exchange line key. Repeat steps 2 & 3 for the other line.

  4. Replace the handset.

TO CANCEL PROGRAMMED RINGING

  1. Lift the handset.

  2. Press and release the mode key twice.

  3. Replace the handset.
