Authorisation code for network N

where N = 2 to 8, and XXXXXXXXX....... is up to 19 digits

Cost Centre Codes
Program the authorisation code adding three digit cost centre code then hang up. A different network number to be used for each Cost Centre.

 

The Access Code
To program the access code for network N

Key 1697 N XXXXXXXX........ and hang up.
where N = 2 to 8 and XXXXXXX...... is up to 10 digits.

To delete the code
Key 1697 N and hang up.

The access Delay
The default delay between the access code and the authorisation code is 5
seconds. If necessary, you can change this; the permitted range is 1 to 15 seconds

To change the access delay
Key 1769 N ss
where N = 2 to 8, and ss = 01 to 15.

Turning MNR on and off.
To turn MNR on
Key 16991

To turn MNR off
Key 16990

With MNR off, users simple key 9 for an outside line in order to make calls, which will be routed over BT.

With MNR switched on callers key 9N where N = 2 to 8 depending on the network to be used.

Emergency calls, key 9, 999.

Memory Dialling with MNR
To store numbers for abbreviated dialling, you may specify the network to be
used. This information must be stored with MNR turned on.

Key 603 MM N XXXXXXXX... Hang up.
where MM is the memory number (30 to 69); N is the Network number (1 - BT-
to 8); and XXXXXX.... is the outside number.

The network routing will be stored even if MNR is turned off. Any stored number normally dialled over another route with MNR will be routed over BT if MNR is switched off. A printout of abbreviated numbers will show the network in parentheses.
