Morris WEK80. This particular 4 ton capacity vehicle was fitted with a HIAB hydraulic crane to lift and place heavy items.  It reduced the need to supply a separate crane to site when items had to be handled that were too heavy for a gang of men to lift.  The centre section of the body side dropped down and to allow access into the body a step was incorporated into the lowered body side.

On this particular version of the Hiab, any jib extension had to be carried out manually, there were only three basic controls: up & down, in & out and rotate!
