Seddon Mark 7L Tipper fitted with a Perkins diesel engine.  Capable of carrying a three ton load, this was one of a handful of Mark 7 Seddons purchased by the GPO. 
Destined for use in the Potteries area of Staffordshire.  As was common practice at the time the tipper was fitted with twin underfloor rams to lift the body.
