  A number of Albion 2 ton 'Utility' lorries were delivered in 1931/32 for use by the Engineering Department.  Some were fitted out as full Utility vehicles for use by gangs, whilst others, like this one no doubt served as stores and equipment delivery vehicles.  No front brakes were fitted to these Albion lorries
