TRAILER, LOW LOADING (HANDS)
Application
Used for transporting heavy mechanical aids, heavy and bulky stores.
General description
A four-wheeled trailer equipped with Neate and Vacuum brakes. The front
wheels are turntable-mounted below a raised forward platform on which is
mounted a hand winch.
To facilitate loading, the rear wheels are removed and
the rear end of the trailer lowered to the ground. Two hydraulic jacks are
provided to take the weight whilst the wheels are withdrawn and to raise the
trailer when the wheels are replaced. Skid boards are also provided.
