Description Optional
This is a rugged and compact excavator designed for fast digging of narrow
trenches. The steel tracks with grousers give positive traction and low ground
pressure. An infinitely variable hydrostatic drive provides digging speeds from
0 to 300 metres/hr. Trenches can be cut over uneven ground, around curves and up
gradients, within reasonable limits. As standard, the machine comes equipped
with a small but powerful backhoe and backfill blade.
The unit is powered by a 37kw (50hp) water cooled diesel
engine, and in order to keep noise from this source to a minimum, acoustic sound
suppressing material has been fitted.
The standard machines weigh approximately 2 tonnes and come
equipped with a boom, to cut trenches up to 914mm deep and either 150 or 255mm
wide.
Optional extras
Hydraulic road breaker
Boom spoil ploughs
Rock chains
Rubber road pads
Dozer blade fitted in place of back hoe*
Soil disposal conveyor*
*Neither of the above are recommended.
Delivery time: 2 months.
Economic service life: 10 years.
