BELLSET No. 24


Wooden Bellset used on Call Office circuits in conjunction with Telephone No. 182 and Boxes, Coin Collecting No. 14.

The housing is called a Case No. 1 and could be constructed of American Walnut, Black Chuglam, Pyinma, Halou, Tasmanian Myrtle or African Mahogany.

The bell ringer has two coils of 500ohms each and by means of the straps fitted to the left of the bell the total bell resistance can be either 1000 or 250 ohms.

1 x Bell No. 1A (unmounted).
1 x Bell-gong No. 2.
1 x Bell-gong No. 2A.
8 x Plates, Connexion, No. 6.

1 x Case No. 1.
1 x Lock, Screw No. 1B.

The Bellset No. 24 Mark 234 was made by Ericsson - their No. N3096 (Diagram N15862 - dated 1932).

Introduced circa 1931.
