CENTRAL BATTERY-POWERED INTERCOM TELEPHONE
TABLETOP MODELS

Telephones No. 2749 and No. 2849 feature a new design and a clean, simple line that harmonizes with the look of modern office furniture; they are intended for both automatic and manual networks.

The casing is made of black Bakelite and is moulded in one piece, however, there are two types with a metal casing, coded No. 2749GRB and No. 2749HRB.

With the "H" models, a guard and transfer button is located below the dial.

All the telephone components are mounted on a base plate secured by three screws and easily removable.

Four profiled rubber washers are fixed under the base plate to protect the surfaces on which the unit is placed.

The microtelephone has a very pleasing shape, and the springs of its switch are equipped with double contacts.

All the components of Telephone No. 2749 were specifically designed to achieve a virtually constant frequency response curve across all voice frequencies.
