| TELEPHONE - TABLE For Automatic telephone systems BC 466 The BC 466 has two press button switches. The left one connects the intermediate station to the main line, the right one connects the local line and sends a ringing signal to it. While a call is in progress on the main line, an enquiry can be made on the local line. An indicator shows "white" when the handset is lifted if the main line is occupied by the extension. The apparatus is equipped with two ringing bells, an alternating current bell placed in the wall terminal for incoming call indication on the main line and a direct current bell placed in the apparatus housing, powered by a dry battery, for signalling from the extension apparatus.
