BC 451
This telephone is the CB version  of the BC 461.  The BC 451 does not have a dial.

By a simple replacement of the mechanical switching device for the push-button spring rack, each type of apparatus can operate in two different ways, without the need for any switching in the wiring diagram.  Therefore, there are four type designations: BC 451/1, BC 451/2, BC 461/1, and BC 461/2.  Apparatus with a switching device 1. can be recognised by the fact that they have three push-buttons; when the apparatus is to be put on hold, the middle red button must be pressed after each call.  Appliances with a switching device 2. have only two push-buttons (the centre hole is blocked); the centre switching wedge is actuated by the latch, so that the appliance is automatically put on hold when the microphone is switched on.
