This is an intermediate station set for one extension.  Used as a secretarial telephone together with the BC 667 extension (executive telephone).

It is a desk phone model m50 made of off-white plastic with an indicator, a bell powered by battery or battery eliminator, two push buttons and cord connected to wall terminal box containing an AC bell.
