BC 667
This is an extension set (master set) for use with secretary set BC 666.

It is a table phone model m50 made of white plastic with bell powered by battery or battery eliminator, two push buttons, cord connected to wall terminal box containing an AC bell and switch for switching the AC bell on and off.

Incoming exchange calls would be answered by the secretary telephone and then transferred to the extension set.
